  1. I work in a farm store that sells this product. I use it as well as recommending it to our customers. Here in West Virginia winters are hard on our poultry. I give this as well as using an all natural feed. I have oyster shells available and also feed kitchen vegetable scraps to the chickens.

  2. Love your site. Love what you’re doing.
We cut up apples from our trees and gave them to the chickens, that is, until the goats finished cleaning up the rest of the apples that had fallen to the ground.
They also like any kind of bread or grain product. Most of our leftovers go to our dogs, but some go to the chickens, and anything left goes into compost.
The chooks *LOVE* yogurt and cottage cheese, and I give them one or the other a couple of times a week.
I shared this link on Facebook and Twitter as well.
